Our company, which started its business life in Istanbul Sultanhamam by our founder Ali Buğdaybey in 1978, has made a commitment to contribute to the commercial stages that our country has gone through since then, and to create added value with moves for the benefit of our country.

By the end of the 90's, it transferred all its knowledge and experience to the construction sector, which will be its sole activity from now on.

Modalar Construction did not deviate for a moment from the honest, principled trading principles of the late Ali Buğday Bey, who love his country and state, which is the business understanding.

Modalar Construction Inc. It is based in Istanbul and is managed by the 2nd generation managers Mehmet Akif Buğdaybey, Mehmet Fatih Buğdaybey and Ahmet Arif Buğdaybey.

Our company, which performs domestic and international contracting works, has made a great investment in human resources, construction and machinery equipment.

It employs approximately 40 people in the center and in current ongoing projects.
